Building Better Homes and Workspaces.

ARG Contracting is a builder working with both residential and commercial clients throughout the Okanagan. We handle custom home builds, major renovations, and commercial tenant improvements or remodels. Every project gets careful planning, consistent site supervision, and timelines you can count on.

For homeowners, we help you make the most of your space. This could mean building a new custom home, updating an older house, or taking on a big renovation to improve how your home looks and works for years to come. These projects can be complicated, so we focus on keeping things clear every step of the way.

For businesses, we provide construction that fits your daily operations. Whether you need tenant improvements or a full remodel, we focus on efficient schedules, clear project scope, and work that holds up over time. We know that timing, access, and good communication are just as important as the final result.

No matter what kind of project we take on, our approach doesn’t change. We communicate clearly, plan carefully before starting, and stay involved on site. We keep track of decisions, check quality, and solve problems early. Our aim is simple: fewer surprises, steady progress, and a finished space that works for you.

Done means done right.

ARG Contracting is built on a simple idea: if it isn’t done right, it isn’t done. With over 30 years of combined hands-on experience, we handle residential and select commercial projects that require thorough planning and precise execution. From full-scale renovations to custom home builds, we engage the right trades, set clear expectations from the start, and manage every detail. This approach ensures you avoid callbacks, patchwork repairs, or substandard workmanship.

Since our founding, we have completed millions of dollars in construction across the Okanagan by treating every project as if we would live or work in the space ourselves. We collaborate directly with homeowners and business owners to rebuild, renovate, or start new projects, including full home renovations, major kitchen overhauls, additions, and new construction. For us, “done” means the work is solid, the finish aligns with the plan, and the space is ready for immediate use without concern.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience building our home addition with ARG Homes! From start to finish, Adam, Dan, and their entire team were incredible to work with. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and quality of work exceeded our expectations. Every trade that came through was professional, respectful, and clearly took pride in what they do. The communication throughout the project was excellent, and they genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. A huge thank you as well to Brooke, whose design expertise helped bring our vision to life. She made the entire design process enjoyable and created a space that is both beautiful and functional. We absolutely love the final result. We’re also so thrilled with our Westeck window’s grand view multi slider!!!! Obsessed with the quality, ease of use / slide and durability. Wow If you’re looking for a builder who values quality, integrity, and customer service, we can’t recommend ARG Homes enough. Thank you, Adam, Dan, Brooke, and the whole team for creating a space our family will enjoy for many years to come. We are beyond grateful!
