ARG Contracting was founded by Adam Galbraith, a construction professional with over two decades of experience in both construction operations and construction safety management. Adam takes pride in providing exceptional service built on trust, transparency, and strong relationships — values that continue to define ARG today.
With project experience ranging from single-family homes to commercial developments and high-rise towers across British Columbia and Alberta, Adam brings a high level of detail, technical knowledge, and a genuine passion for quality. He works closely with clients and design teams to fully understand project goals and ensure every build stays aligned with vision, budget, and schedule.
As a COR™ Safety Auditor and Gold Seal Health & Safety Certified professional through the Canadian Construction Association, Adam has led safety management programs for major Canadian construction firms, including Maple Reinders and VanMar Constructors. That commitment to safety is at the core of every ARG project and every jobsite standard.
Outside of work, Adam is heavily involved in local sports and community programming in the Okanagan. He is on the board of the Kelowna Men’s Basketball League, captains a local basketball team sponsored by ARG, and never turns down a chance to play ball hockey or pickleball with his fiancee. His competitive spirit and teamwork mindset are a big part of what drives ARG’s culture today.
As a Red Seal Carpenter, Daniel Malesan is committed to his trade, his industry, and his clients. He holds over a decade of experience in residential and commercial renovations, new home builds, and large-scale construction projects. Following his Carpentry Apprenticeship, Daniel was headhunted to work with TEAM Construction for seven years before becoming Lead Foreman with Maple Reinders.
Daniel is known for his professionalism and close attention to detail and has an expectation for high-quality construction on all ARG projects. With passion and integrity, he delivers exceptional value to our clients and provides superior client service. With a high level of care and quality in craftsmanship, Daniel is a well-rounded construction and carpentry professional. He has diverse experience ranging from foundations, to framing and finishing—on a multitude of scales of construction projects including commercial, residential, and public sector.
Outside of work, you will usually find Dan on two wheels in the summer and chasing hot springs in the winter. He enjoys keeping projects organized and on track, and takes real pride in easing client worries and seeing the relief when a job comes together. When he is not on site, he is spending time with his fiancée, getting out for walks in nature, and staying involved in the community.
