The Brightside Project

Scandinavian-Inspired Modern Luxury

The Brightside Project was undertaken to transform an outdated, dark interior into a bright, modern, and highly functional living space tailored to contemporary living. Key areas of the home—including the kitchen, living room, stairs, bathrooms and primary suite—were completely reimagined to enhance flow, comfort, and everyday luxury. The vision centred on creating an elevated modern-Scandinavian aesthetic, blending warmth, minimalism, and refined craftsmanship throughout.

During the renovation, we visited the home frequently to check on the work. We found the personnel working for ARG Contracting (and their subcontractors) to be very pleasant and professional, answering any questions we had, always maintaining a clean work site, and being respectful of our community and neighbours.

ARG Contracting, especially Dan, exerted considerable effort in making sure everything was absolutely perfect.

From a cost perspective, we ended up exactly where we expected to be. We found ARG Contracting to be competitive in their pricing and communicative when it came to making any decisions that would have impacted cost or schedule.

We would encourage anyone considering renovations or a new home build to reach out to Adam—his passion for customer service during our introductory meeting is what ultimately convinced us to go with ARG Contracting, and this same passion remained present throughout construction.

Honorable mention for Dan who did an amazing job coordinating all the trades, holding them accountable, checking their work, and personally taking care of so many details to ensure that the work was completed to virtual perfection.

ARG Contracting will be back this fall to complete a master bath renovation project for us.

Thanks Adam and Dan!”
